Regenerative Health
Regenerative health is a process of using natural and mostly non-medical interventions to continuously improve one’s health, prevent disease, and increase life expectancy.
The Regenerative Education Network will feature a diverse array of speakers / lecturers — being healthcare professionals (doctors, dietitians), farmers, and other change-makers in the food system.
For example, an immersive learning workshop will connect soil and human health. In other words, connecting the dots between the health of Earth’s microbiome (the soil) and our own gut microbiome.
